We need to work to dramatically cut all taxes and spending at the federal
government level. I want the federal income tax system revoked immediately.
The current income tax system is highly invasive and leaves a large margin
of
error by both the federal government and the individual tax payer.
Interestingly, it is estimated that 35 million American adults failed to file
an
income tax return in 2001.
The U.S. government has grown into a massive conglomerate of services.
Yet the government is characterized by extremely poor customer satisfaction
and
weak financial accountability. Despite this, the Republican and Democratic
Parties
are unwilling to eliminate or reform the areas of the government that fail
rational budget criteria and customer satisfaction. Sadly, the
U.S. Congress and
President Bush recently approved the largest budget increase
in our country's history!

Statistics
U.S. citizens and corporations spend billions of dollars a year to comply
with
the federal income tax code. Wouldn't you rather spend that money on food,
clothing, your mortgage, or charitable contributions?
