Libertarians believe in providing for a strong common military defense. However, we need to withdraw our troops from and close our military bases in every foreign country.

And we need to look for ways to save money in training and routine operational expenses. Here is one way. As much as we can, we need to use corporations to provide for the specialized training that our military needs. An excellent example of this is ProTac in Texas. ProTac is providing anti-terrorism training to all levels of government and private citizens.
